Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You can request a refund within 15 days of starting your paid plan. The PDF book bundle also has a 15-day refund policy. Speaking Club refunds depend on counted sessions in your cycle: 0–1 means 150 DH back, 2–3 means 100 DH back, and four means no refund.
How long is each lesson?
For private and group classes, the free trial and level test session is 45 minutes, and paid lesson length is confirmed in your plan. Speaking Club meets for 90 minutes once a week and has no trial session.
How is scheduling handled?
You receive a fixed weekly slot. Any changes are coordinated directly with your teacher.
What levels do you accept?
Private and group classes welcome beginners through advanced learners. Speaking Club is for advanced speakers aged 20 and above, with level confirmed through assessment. The book bundle is for A1–A2 beginners and children.
